Cooking school will offer long and short term courses. The Eco Resort, is not only an escape for urban dwellers, but also an educational experience; highlighting sustainabilty & fostering community activism. The Permaculture farm will yield vegetables, herbs, fruits, poultry, cattle & related products which will not only sustain the restaurants, bakery & cafe; it will expand into the business of subscription based organic grocery & baked goods targeted towards households. We will encourage the local community to grow their own herbs and veggie produce.

Eco friendly bamboo products will be well designed & high quality therefore ensuring successful restaurants/shops that promises to expand globally.
